Development Principles
  • Based on the needs of the patient, over 1,000 people (staff, patients and carers) involved in the process.
  • Design from the inside out.
  • Create facilities that meet the clinical, functional and operational requirements of the GPHIP.
  • Put functions with the greatest change in new buildings.
  • Utilise the strengths of the two sites, landscape and existing buildings while providing flexibility for future expansion.
