Public Consultation Launched

Heather Barrow, Chairman of the North West Anglia Community Health Council formally launched the public consultation period for the Greater Peterborough Health Investment Plan at a press conference this morning. 

Mrs Barrow said, "We are giving the people of greater Peterborough an opportunity to influence the development of the health investment plan by going to public consultation while the service plans are being developed. Everyone can help shape the plans for our local NHS and the decisions that must be taken in  March 2002".

The public consultation document is available free of charge from the Health Investment Plan Project Office at the Edith Cavell Hospital.

The document includes a pullout section where the public can make their views known on a range of important issues. The section can be returned to the project office post free.
